All orders accepted by this company are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions.
All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products. Specifications may vary
slightly and all dimensions given are approximate. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of images on our website though the appearance
of artwork may differ from to the original. However, if the goods do not, on receipt by you, substantially meet the description on this web site
you are entitled to reject the goods and return them to us. Due to the nature of our stock, availability of the artworks displayed on our website is
not guaranteed. We reserve the right to withdraw an item for sale at any time and refund any purchase made from the site.
Purchases from the website will be shipped by the most efficient method, using USPS or an equivalent service by a reputable company.
Delivery times will be as the delivery provider’s terms at the time, but 7-15 days should be allowed. Costs for larger items and for deliveries to
non-US mainland and overseas destinations will be advised by email or phone call. All artwork remains the property of the artist until payment
has been made and title to the goods will pass to you only when full payment has been received. The purchaser of original art shall not have
any rights to reproduce or copy the art puchased. All reproduction rights remain with the artist unless otherwise contracted.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to Ransumed Fine Art for a full refund (excluding shipping costs)
In this case you must contact us within 7 days of your order’s arrival with you through e-mail ransumed@gmail.com or by phone+1 (256)899-2476. Artwork must be returned in its original packing and undamaged to Ransumed Fine Art within 10 days of the artwork’s arrival to you.
You will not be refunded the delivery costs and you must pay for shipping the work back to usand insurance of the work during transit to us.
A refund will not be made until we have received the work in perfect condition.
Liability Disclaimer
Ransumed Fine Art’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Ransumed Fine Art to the customer. Ransumed Fine Art shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way, save where such
liability is imposed upon Ransumed Fine Art by statute. Ransumed Fine Art cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with instructions specifically stated on the website.
Every effort is made to ensure that this website is free from viruses and defects however, this cannot be guaranteed. Ransumed Fine Art shall not
be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.
